I'm a 42-yr-old Trekker from the USA. I served in the US Army in my youth, mostly driven by an idealism I developed by watching TNG & DS9 (obviously, the Future in Trek is MUCH different, but I enjoyed the camaraderie, undertaking relief & rescue missions, and the ever-growing technologies I got to test and utilize) but was severely injured in the line of duty. I live, with my bride of 23 years, and my physical disabilities allow me time to game...a lot, so those are the silver-linings (if you will) of my injuries. We have no children, no pets currently, and live near-enough to Atlanta, GA, USA. I have traveled extensively, both in-service and prior to that -my physical limitations make travel difficult nowadays- so now I travel the STARS!
