Hello Everyone,
Starfleet Academy in the last few weeks has seen several changes in a short space of time.
In response to these and to minimise disruption and maintain continuity, SFA will shift, at least for now, to a CL6 lead department similar to how FAB operates, thus I'll be staying on as the CO for the foreseeable future. Alongside this, our previous XO, Saelanna has now stood down and completed her transfer as XO to Jonathan in FAB. We'd like to wish her all the best in this position and good luck!
This means the XO chair at SFA requires filling and I'm pleased to announce that EnlistedNut09 has accepted the position. With the UFP for over 3 years now and a long time member of the Academy who has also served as the Recruitment Coordinator, he knows how the Academy operates, is an existing part of the staff who knows the team and I'm confident he'll continue the good work we do, bringing his dedication, experience and committment to his new role to help drive SFA forwards. Congratulations Nut!
Following on from this, we will also have a new Recruitment Coordinator and this role has been accepted by a familiar face in the shape of, T'Tan who previously served as both the XO and CO of the Academy. With his past experience and knowledge, alongside his committment and helpful persona, he'll be keeping a watchful eye over our recruitment operations going forward. Congratulations T'Tan!

Thanks all! I look forward to being able to work more with both Petrarch and T'Tan and for this opportunity to be able to contribute more within the Academy and the UFP.
Also, I’ve just been informed that we at the Academy still have no cake, but we may be able to scrounge up some week old dinner rolls...
