    I'd like to propose that this thread would be a place where you folks can ask questions regarding federation, kdf, romulan or jemhadar builds and appropriate gear.

    I offer to answer as soon as possible and as thorough as time and knowledge allow me to.

    I'm inclined to work with builds that are dps-friendly, but maintain utility (survivability, playstyle matched to your preferences).

    Also any suggestions, build requests or ideas are most than welcome into developing ourselves as a name in the theorycrafting and dps area.

    (If possible and approved, I'd like for a moderator/admin to post this as a sticky so new users can find it easily).
