Medium: Defeat 20 Voth (Ground Battlezone); Norm and Adv R&D Mat.
Hard: Defeat 60 Voth (Ground); 650k EC, 2x Norm R&D Mat, 1/4 Spec Pt.
Perk Point: +4 Kit Perf, +1% Shield Hardness (Ground), +1% Max Hull (Space)
Dig out all those rusty swords and batleths. Go to Nimbus II and whack scorpions and worms.

Medium: Deal 10,000 Polaron Dmg (Ground); Norm R&D Mat, 50k EC

When in doubt, and you need to do DMG (Ground), Nimbus III. Shoot stuff, earn points.

Yes. And the progress is account wide so you can play various toons to help complete the three tasks. Reroll tokens pop up too as well if you are not too keen on the task you get initially.

Today on, ADVENTURES IN PERSONAL ENDEAVORS: our intrepid, and awesome, Captain Scarlett was treated to
Easy: 10,000 Tetryon damage (Space)
Medium: Destroy 10 Tholian Ships
Hard: 500,000 Kinetic damage (Space)
So, Scarlett loaded 2 Tetryon Omni-Beams (Crafted, Chronoblah-blah), spooled Azure Nebula and got Easy and Medium done, with about 230K Kinetic.
Scarlett then grabbed the Kinetic Beam and wondered … where to go that will be easy work but allows for big damage …
*Light bulb* Foundry. Search-fu lead to a "loot-o-matic" mission where 20 batteships would spawn and drop phat lewtz.
19 ships later, Hard Endeavor won.
Total time: 30-ish minutes logged on.

Bah, torpedoes have no place in a non-torp boat. The KCB does the job just fine, without having to make an actual torp boat.

Good on ya! I've had some fun doing stupid sh*t with that torpedo on the Calais, like making sure I stay at Red Alert for as long as possible through a TFO, then engaging the Dynamo and just slamming a Khitomer Gateway for a crapton of damage.
