Culled this from a Reddit poster named Limejollyrancher, but I've not seen the actual podcast myself. You can find it here.

The big thing here is that there's talk that all the T6 ships will be converted to scaling models like the Gagarin, Shran etc.

Pahvo Dissention event is a new ground queue - goal is to save Pahvan crystals from Terran survivors.

Crystal objectives selected randomly - map will have 3 lanes to clear.

Splitting up suggested but not required - there will be a transporter at the end to remove the need to run back to clear the other lanes.

2-2-1 split is possible.

New TFO will be added as a regular queue some time after the event.

Reward is a crystal turret kit module that does increased psychic damage when placed near other crystal turrets.

Gameprint thinking of doing poseable captain figures.

Additional UI improvements in the works.

Possible Reputation revamp this year.

New hair improvements didn't go as planned - more changes in the works - may allow for more customization in the future.

Additional alternate starts like Discovery possible in the future but resource intensive and not currently planned. New faction like Fed/Klingon unlikely.

Windows server wasn't supposed to be supported but they re-enabled it by request. May be disabled again if not a lot of people use it.

Age of Discovery part 3 will fill in gaps in the story line from part 1. Unlike previous seasons the releases will jump around to take advantage of what's happening in the shows.

Ideally, when a ship appears on screen they want to make it playable soon after (synergy between show and game compared to Defiance) but may not be feasible due to work required to create cool in game abilities to match what's depicted in the show.

Plans to make all current tier 6 ships level scaling.

Plans exist to make GPL useful.

No current solutions for TFO leaver penalties. Hard to design a system that won't be exploited by leavers.

No recruitment events scheduled at this time.

Xbox/PS4 crossplay not happening for technical reasons.

Really good explanation at the end of how the ISS Discovery ended up in 2410 and still fit in the dialogue of the show.

All T6 ships are going to be scaling?! Well hell. That'll make things much more interesting and unique because that means that you'd have a lot more options at the start.

...though it does sort of make T1-5 useless, so I'm betting that they'll be moved out of the way to being just ship costumes/admiralty cards at that point.

I'm curious about the reputation revamp, because I don't know exactly what that would be. Only thing that would make sense is reputations starting from level 1, and actually allowing you to earn them from the start, to make it easier for people to get into. But if they do that, they might as well allow specializations to start at 30 (like when you can set up boffs) and also because that's when we officially become Captains.

I suspect that with the reputation revamp, Cryptic might go down the route of cutting down the different mark types into one Universal mark type that would be accepted by all reputations, at least I hope!

T6 scaling starships sounds cool!

I hope to god there’s not a move to universal marks. That would kill any diversity in gameplay from most players as they all gravitate towards the fastest queues again. I doubt even the random TFO system could compete with that.
In my opinion they need to move away from all reps being a copy-paste job and just adding to an ever growing list of identical content. They lost their sparkle when we got into double figures of the number present.

Would love more hair options! New alternate starts would be nice....could go for a Enterprise based start since they have a unique transport effect.

I think they'll cut down the marks to a general group of them.

Like say Temporal-Terran or Omega-PvP. Group the ones that are similar together.

I honestly do not see what the major issue is with Reps. I was able to complete all reps (T6) on my Disco toon in 2 months (60 days). I know have 3 toons that are all T6 in reps. The implementation of the random TFO's have really gone a long way to getting the Queue's to pop at a more regular rate. Earning marks has not been an issue.

Now, if they are referring to earning the additional currency required for rep equipment; that I could see.

Part 2 of the Cryptic interviews posted on Friday. Some items I took from it.

Doff Revamp - No plans at this time, possibly never due to major ramifications. Also, no plans for future Doff assignment chain clusters in the Delta or Gamma quadrants.

Interface Revamp - Possibly this year

Future Fleet Holdings - No plans at this time, possibly never due to the nature of how fleets are run. The colony was an experiment in reducing dil needs by replacing it with provisions. They still base fleets on 25 active members contributing daily.

Future Content - Had 2 years of post VIL stories planned however a lot of it has been put on hold for the CBS collaboration with Discovery and probably the future S31 and Picard series. Plan is to interweave the 4 areas with stories over time.

I have to listen to it again as I wasn't taking notes, I was driving.

I really wish they would add ground slots for Reputations traits.

I am a little happy though they have no plans for future fleet holdings.
