Yep, probably get patched out, it'll be one of those commands that are in the engine that aren't intended for player use. There are a few commands over the years that have been found, but then removed. I remember the costume one that let you mix different items wither each other, I still have a MACO top with a TOS miniskirt saved on one of my costume slots from those days...

That command is most likely still around - I see people on ESD mixing swim wear bikinis with different costume parts.

I think that's a different glitch, or yeah, maybe the command has changed, just not as widly known.

It has been a little while since I messed with my character's outfits but I believe there was an option on the Off-Duty uniform section to have swimwear pieces.

The two piece ones have been restricted for maps like Risa and Colony. However some people have found a way to wear the upper part of two pieces in zones other than the aforementioned via glitchy commands and what not. Perhaps even to enable them in offduty as you say.

I've seem some people on the new Pahvo map mix it with the new Terran uniform, where the upper part is a top part of a two piece swim suit. Though, I'm personally not aware of how to do this though nor did I bother to look into it, so I'm not sure how they accomplish it.

There was the command for changing weapon colours too. That got removed long ago as well. They probably never think these things will get any attention until someone exploits it.
I guess we'll see how long it lasts.
