I found your advert on the STO forums and your website caught my interest!
So who am I?
Im a soon to be 40 year old nerdy engineer that check most nerd boxes out there. Its on the level of me having built my own ManCave fully kitted out with 3 desktop computers for coding and gaming, a large TV with surround system that has 9 consoles connected to it for more nerdy gaming. It also comes loaded with a comfy chair infront of said TV for gaming and a reading light for reading nerdy scifi/fantasy books, operating handheld gaming devices and reading nerdy factual literature within the software development field. The walls are covered with shelves full of games and nerdy books.
Oh the rest of the house? Well i do have to leave the Cave to go to the bathroom or raid the kitchen for sustenance. However i avoid the living room as there be dragons. The vicious female variant lairing there has the audacity to demand i keep all the nerdy stuff in said ManCave. With the exception for the Wii, as apparently dragons need super mario or there be fire and brimstone. Its a creature full of sacrilege calling Warhammer figures "pokemons" and claiming Star Trek is "Naive Shakespeare, in space, only with bad acting and no budget for outfits". Theres also a 4 year old rascal in a train infested minilair that i still have hope will level up to a proper nerd. Though right now im not sure how hes going to fly in space with trains if this continues
Im not a one game guy but i keep many balls in the air at the same time. So STO isnt the only game i play atm. Im currently back to STO after years of absence. I started playing around release and have a Lifetime account since then. A lot has changed since i played last! Unfortunately my current fleet is deserted so im looking for a new home thats a bit more active than me talking to myself. Im hoping you are it.
