    I'm curious, why do you have both Cannon Scatter Volley and Cannon Rapid Fire when you have full A2B?

    Personally, I'd modify the build, by dropping CRF or CSV, and adding a Torpedo Spread for the Dark Matter Torpedo. I suspect that Miles is making a flexible build, allowing situational use of CRF for single targets and CSV for mobs. Feel free to correct me Miles. I don't use cannon builds much, so his reasoning may be different, or he may of just overlooked that that in his build.

    You are both right.

    @Morris: I was using CRF and CSV before replacing the Prolonged Engagement Dual Cannons with the Dark Matter Torpedo, for the reasons you say. I have replaced CRF with TS3.
