Now that a bunch of ships have been upgraded to full carriers, and we have pets like the Tactical Flyers, I got the urge to see how many pets we could get on screen at once. So, I'd like to try and organize an event one weekend to get as many people flying carriers as we can and do either a PvP event, or a 20 person Starbase Defense. As I said, the point will be to get as many pets in play at one time as possible, so frigate pets are a no go. Ideally everyone would have the new Tactical Flyers, but since I know not EVERYONE has the Donnie or D'D7, any hanger that spawns 3 pets per launch is good. So no BoP or Drone pets, but things like Peregrines and Scorpions are a-ok. And don't forget you can also get a few devices that spawn pets, like The Vault Scorpion Fighter reward, or the Phoenix Pack Peregrines.

Any carrier is also accepted, the only requirement is that it has two hanger bays. While I said no frigate hanger pets, ships with console pets are absolutely welcome. So ships like the Vanguard carrier that have 2 hanger bays, Wingmen AND a Console pet would make great additions to the event.

I don't want to set a hard date since I know people are busy, but just to get the ball rolling I'm going to say the 17th seems like a good idea, and we can start talking about if we want to do this before or after Special Forces Saturday.
