The entries have been submitted, so now it's over to you guys to decide the winners of the November 2019 screenshot contest. The poll is a multiple choice, so you can vote for all the ones you like the most!

Voting will remain open until 21:00 GMT, December 10th 2019. The winners will be formally announced on the day of the December UFPAC.

Hello everyone,

I regret to inform you all that there has been an incident in the screenshot competition that has come to light this evening which has caught the attention of FAB and in turn FEO.

Evidence has been uncovered that a member has made a deliberate attempt to manipulate the results in more than just gathering votes, rather they've been attempting to register guest accounts in order to inflate their total. As I'm sure we all know, the UFP works on a one member, one account principal so we don't allow users to operate multiple accounts. There are various checks and safeguards built into the forum software to help us spot things like this and that's happened tonight with FAB flagging the issue and Lazereth verifying the information.

Zoidberg has been found to be attempting to create alt accounts. 2 of these made it to the guest stage (1 of which has voted on the poll) and there's at least 3 other attempts that have been spotted. It has been further discovered as a result of this that the screenshot he submitted isn't his but instead belongs to a STO player called Rurinnfane who has it on their DeviantArt page here. You'll note in the text below that while they say people may use it for their own personal use, credit should be provided back to them. That hasn't happened by a long shot, but has instead been passed off as someone else's work. The UFP has to be careful in regards to copyright and we cannot overlook this as a simple mistake or misunderstanding.

I have to say I'm very disappointed that this happened. As a result, Zoidberg is disqualified from the contest and a strike will be issued against his member record for this incident.

No one else will miss out because of this however, the contest is still on and voting for your favourite shots is still open. Thank you for your time folks and apologies for this happening.

That makes me sad, its a friendly competition. I'm not angry, I'm just disappointed.
