    I had the advanced Galaxy Class (with the saucer section seperation console) but it vanished.... I cannot reclaim it...

    The one that comes with the Saucer Separation console is the T5 Galaxy Exploration Cruiser Retrofit.

    The T6 Andromeda Exploration Cruiser is the "Advanced" version.

    Make sure you're trying to reclaim the correct ship.
