I do use the Kobayashi Maru in-combat resupply pet thingy. I used to use the Cyclic Modulation weapons back when I was doing endeavors (Do [x]k [y]-type damage [Ground]). But now they just collect dust. And the Lincoln costume? The top hat can be funny, but that's it.

This one sounds like a hard pass. The Maru can be handy but it's far from essential and the rest of it is nothing special at the end of the day. The weapons save a bit of space for doing ground endeavours as Taku mentioned but they soon get forgotten about. A good freebie, but absolutely not worth paying for.

Yeah none of it is must have stuff. The Kobiyashi Maru device clicky is mostly something to pass time since the buffs and often recipients are random. The cyclic mod weapons can save a few inventory slots if you care about damage types for endeavors or accolades, but are otherwise lackluster. The costume allows for some quirky dress up, but top hats and 19th century coats don't feel very Trek to me so I've never even used them. This stuff would have been better for the Phoenix box...or maybe finally something new for GPL in the case of the costume. None of it is worth real money if you missed the events.

As a relatively new player who never got the chance to get the Kobayashi Maru Supply Device, I'm glad I'll finally get the option to get it. Now the question of when is a different story. If it doesn't launch with a 75% sale, I'll probably wait until another one comes to buy it.

Incoming bundle. Not very exciting in my eyes, but I see the Vaadwwaur Juggernaut is included in it and I gather that one's a hot ticket item. Just to confuse matters, this bundle and another one are 50% off, other items in the store are 75% off, except for the other bundles.

Vaadwaur Juggernaut is still the top DEW platform and the Kiwavi seems to be a frequently used debuff tank in current torp meta.

Still, not a price tag for my wallet.

This is an odd one. The Vaadwaur Jugg is obviously really popular for DEW builds, but the rest of the ships in this pack aren't nearly as exciting. It will be interesting to see if this deflates the exchange market for the Jugg any, but the bundle itself otherwise seems to be one of the less exciting bundles they've dropped.

I wondered about that, as I saw the twitter notification pop up on my phone but the tweet and post had already been deleted. I never understood why they try to push the non-bundled stuff in the store so hard. Most of the single ships and gear out there aren't all that great, and are still overpriced at 75% off.

The bundles are the more interesting offerings out there by far, so not bringing them back (even at a less than 75% off pricetag) makes these sales pretty forgettable. The pricetags are pretty hefty even if they were to give a 75% discount, so I'd still think they'd stand to make a lot of money.
