For the FEDs, I have to go with the Diplomat's uniform with an all white top. I changed to pitch black pants and shoes for the winter.
This is the summer dress uniform.
Second would have to be the Dyson Long Coat (Open) with class-specific colors.
Currently, I am running around in Klingon Omega Rep gear (Adapted K.H.G. Armor Type 4).
The cape tips indicate the class.
One of the biggest problem is that some colors are tied together so that changing a coat trim color also changes the stripe on the pants. That can be VERY annoying.

From the shows/movies it is the First Contact/5th Season on DS9 uniforms. For STO I really like the Odyssey and Odyssey Dress uniforms.

And I quite like the Picard uniform hence why my Temporal Recruit has it as one of her uniform options.

I would have to go with the TNG uniform. It was the Trek I grew up with. I even have a soft spot for the Season one and two "jump suit" uniform too. Here's a few shots of my main in full TNG attire.

First Contact is my favourite real uniform, but I hate it in-game. It looks so cheap and shoddy, even worse than the costume verson I once wore for Halloween!
In-game the game canon Oddy is my favourite. It looks like an updated version of the First Contact/Late DS9 uniform and it's exceedingly high quality.

All the uniforms that are in the game since launch could need an upgrade best example is the TNG Season 3-7 Uniform.
