I want to improve my DPS- I am doing something with 49k and my goal is aprox. 70k

So yes there are a lot of things that need updating on your build that I can see, I would suggest looking at Bridgers build for the vengeance here:

Right now I’d focus in getting reps completed to T6 and farming dilithium. If you have the EC I’d suggest going on the exchange and seeing if you can afford any of the following traits:

• A good day to die
• Context is for kings
• Repair crews
• Terran targeting systems

Some might be very expensive but if you can afford them get them.

I'd echo Solace. Looks like the ship gear is reasonable, but looks like your skills and traits at least are maybe overemphasizing survivability. If you are chasing DPS, you'll mostly want traits that boost your main damage type, critical hit chance, and critical severity. You also want to focus on [DMG] and/or [CritD] mods on your beams, so you may need to reengineer your beams if you have other mods stacked on them. Might not hurt to check your Doffs to see if there might be better options there too. I'd maybe suggest swapping out only 1-2 of your survivability traits at a time though as your push towards a more "glass cannon" setup than what you are currently using.

Try to raise Competitive reputation and get the engines and shield from there.

All gives you the same base stats, and then depending on the type each one has some special. For example the Prevailing Innervated Shield has a chance to increase CrtD & CrttH, while the Fortified and Bolstered gives extra hit points.

My choice for DPS is the Prevailing Innervated Resilient Shield Array & Prevailing Innervated Impulse Engines.

Those traits are nuts, the prices for them are ridiculous however. 50 million EC for 'Context is for Kings' and 30 million for 'Today is a Good Day to Die'.

I've barely got 25 million between all 8 of my characters... !!!

The prices have been raised a lot. For "Context is for kings" I had paid around 6-7M at most.

Also, those two Distress calls can sit in your inventory. They don't have to be equipped. I don't remember if the Temporal Negotiator is in the Phoenix Store, but the next time you load up on Phoenix boxes, check and see if it is. It doesn't hurt to have one. Otherwise... deuterium tanks, weapons platforms, or fighters can go into those two slots. If you have an Oberth, check its console "Enhanced Plasma Manifold". It's a Red Matter Capacitor and then some.

And put that thing in the white skin with red stripes. It's easier to see while you're dishing out the PEW PEW PEW. At least stick an Aegis Impulse engine in your Visuals. That way you can scroll all the way out and still see what you're doing. 😁
