This is my current tank build I am using, Bridger helped to build this and he deserves most of the credit here.

Looks good. Very similar setup to the one Bridger sent me. Question. How many times do you have to hit the "Oh s*** button" during ISE like miraculous repairs or the regen consoles? As they can have lengthy cooldowns

Honestly there is no definitive answer to this one as they are quite literally an "oh s***" button. But occasionally I've had to press them drawing aggro from lots of enemies. Tanking with a build like this is a learning curve and the best way to learn is by doing and making the mistakes and asking questions about it.

For example in a tanking run in ISE today I was drawing the aggro of 6+ sphere and the final tac cube, they started chewing through my HP when I mismanaged my healing cooldowns and had to start popping off my buttons. Its different in every situation. In an ideal world they should be used when you have things like rally point marker, hazard emitters etc on cooldown and you've got nothing to bring you back up.

Great build, I was just yesterday considering setting up something similar when leveling up my Legendary Oddy. It should be right up my alley with PO2 and stuff, so thanks for giving me a blueprint to fiddle with

• You don't have RSP but use the RSP DOff. Is the DOff an oversight or did you forget RSP in there?
• Why use the Trilithium-Enhanced Phaser Turret instead of the Omni? The omni would be affected by FAW and I see no reason (like MAS or a specific trait) to run the turret.

This is based on a blueprint Bridger provided me, he uses Elite Peregrine Fighters where I use Elite Type C shuttles.

Now, normally I'm a space magic torp slinger but I took this out for a spin (minus some consoles I didn't have and lacking the Invincible trait). Holy cow, it tanks like a beast. I YOLO'd into the middle of all the Klinks in a Binary stars run and just sat there soaking up all the damage. Then went into an ISA and laughed at all the borg, never dipping below 50% hull. All of this was before I noticed that I had my old traits slotted and was working with a temp/strat spec! Have now shifted everything over to MW/Strat and the correct personal and starship traits so I'm looking forward to seeing what it does tonight!
