It's part of the legendary bundle which is all or nothing as the ships in it aren't available separately.

What Petrarch said but you could use the T6 Science Odyssey from the C-Store but it will not have all consoles I have used in the build so you might want to consider the Federation Flag Ship Bundle or you use the consoles I have used on the Galaxy Class variant of this build.

Ahhh, interesting. I've was really confused when I saw Solace and few others comment on these DOFF's and thought they were refering to the original Crit Severity/Crit Chance ones, but these are the new Borg ones. I noticed these were security officers and not energy weapons officers lol. Do they make a difference, as I believe I have a couple of the same ones?

The new Doffs are a more reliable to proc but get you a slightly slower bonus but you get the full proc when they proc and running two of them is just to make sure they proc all the time since they don't stack.

I'm a little confused...as usual. I thought the Borg Doff procs only triggered when you used that specialization, or is it any specialization?

There are different triggers, some trigger on specializations the others on tac, eng or sci abilities.
