Only one problem It looks like you had an older copy of the signature that you used to update the signature

The Request before this I had changed the hair style Beard style and changed to a Yellow Shirt

Not entirely sure what the problem was caused by, I can only suggest that there was a problem with saving the PSD file last time your signature was done. Nevertheless I'll correct this for you soon. Moved back to pending.
