Hmm... that form is not so pretty as some of the others I saw

I'm sure there is pretty much everything to improve, but I'm taking it one step at a time... So if anyone has a minute and is willing to suggest a change or two to make an incremental improvement - a device/trait to go after for example, - I'd appreciate it!

I have all reps at T6, a few hundred K fleet marks and dil and maybe 20million EC and about 100 lobi and no zen...
