In the deepest levels of Starfleet's R&D labs here on Earth a crack team of Starfleet's top scientist's have been busy at work creating new way's to outsource Starfleet's fighter cores. Lead scientist Rebecca Holden happily explains to me what they have been while hard at work "Robot bee's" she happily tell's me "we can replace the fighter cores with millions of robot space bees armed to the teeth with starfleet's latest weapons, No more fighters no more lives lost when you can send send in million's of deadly space bees" I bet even the Borg would be no match for my killer bee's" She exclaims as a mad glint appears in her eyes at this point your most humble reporter felt highly uncomfortably and after awhile managed to get a beeline to the lift that would take me out of the labs back up to ground floor.
