About The Ship Class:
The USS Tabula Rasa is a 23rd century Federation Dreadnought-class starship. The prototype, the unmarked USS Vengeance, was operated in secret by Starfleet via Section 31. The ship was launched in 2259 from the Io Facility, a spacedock in orbit of the Jovian moon Io. The ship's commanding officer was Admiral Alexander Marcus.

ISA PUG PARSE:



This is my current build. I do intend on upgrading the Traits as I can, and as they become available. I will be replacing one of the Assimilated Plasma Arrays with the Piezo Alternate Plasma Beam once I hit Tier 6. Any advice on ramping up my DPS would be greatly appreciated.

Yay! Glad you decided to post this Silek, you did really well on that ISE for the 122K record, once you've finished the reps I reckon you'll be able to hit a new record.

Also a few suggestions on potential changes you could make to the build. I'd suggest changing the hull repairing nanites to controlled countermeasures since people tend to spam lots of grav wells in most cases its a nice damage buff.

Personally I'd drop Directed Energy Modulation for Reverse Shield Polarity 3 as that will help aid your survivability a bit better, then you could swap once copy of emergency power to engines I to engineering team 1 and replace 26 of 47 with the conn officer doff from the phoenix prize pack.

My suggestion is to re-engineer weapons' elite modifier from [CrtH/Dm] to [CrtD/Dm].

Also, for a more proper A2B build, keep two Emergency Weapons Officers (one of each type), put three Technicians like the one you have already (preferably epic), and when you unlock the 6th position, slot there a fabrication engineer to extend the RSP that Solace recommended.

So, your Engineer BOFFs will be: EPtE, A2B, EPtW, RSP and ET, A2B.

To be honest, when I started playing the game the Borg boxes came out and I thought those Assimilated Arrays looked great. I started building my ship around them before I even knew I wanted to pull better DPS. Once I got into it I already had some Lobi equipment and Vulnerability Locaters bought so I just ran with it. I'm keeping my ears open on phaser builds as well and have started putting together some equipment for that too. When I get my reps up, I hope to be able to put together a decent build for both.

Seems like a good build. Wish mine were ever as good.

The only parts that may be harder were the Lobi Console set for the Altamid, but I got those during a Lobi sale so they weren't as bad, and then I did get lucky and hit on an Infinity box for the Redistribution Module. If you are interested, lukekillz puts together a discount phaser build I'm working on that gets phenominal DPS numbers, depending on where your reps are at. But even those are just a matter of time, and not really resources.

Everytime, lukekillz, Jestersmith, Solace, Bridger or anyone willing to spread the knowledge starts talking I get a pen and write it down. Buzzlight is putting together a knockout build that's gonna shoot right to the top of the DPS list when he's done.

I don't mean to name drop, or volunteer anyone else's help, but I know

1.) these peeps have the skills and

2.) there's seldom a time when I haven't seen each of them willing to help someone looking to up their DPS

And, Solace's Build Discussion Events are invaluable. You can generally get one on one advice for any budget.
