Now all I need is to have a Klingon toon and fly Klingon ships. Because right now, I don't and I don't.
KDF toons are Reman and Jem'Hadar, and I fly Romulan T6 Pilot Warbirds because it's 1 purchase that all factions can fly.

I was really hoping for a full revamp, perhaps we'll get some tweaks to make it less of a nightmare to navigate. Otherwise I'll just let my Klink live on DS9

I agree, been there once on my Rom to get Boff's and it was a nightmare navigating the place, but the touch-up's do look nice.

There's always a chance they plan on trashing Qo'nos in some future episode as an excuse to roll out a new model, similar to what they did with ESD during the Undine stuff. It would be nice if the zone were a little bit more compact (maybe integrate the academy into First City?), but honestly ESD and Starfleet Academy are kind of spread out too. The main differences are that most of the Fed zone points of interest are mostly on ESD and the Fed zones tend to be more open, so for the most part you can see your destination from any start point with at most only one or two objects in the way, where the KDF zones much more compartmentalized and there is almost always something blocking your line of sight from one landmark to another.

After having looked at the Ten Forward Weekly about Klingon Environments, I think I might actually appreciate all this Klingon updates. It looks like they are going really hard and revamping a lot of things to be better. I mean, that new hallway looks so much better and more Klingon.

Also, the new cutscene for the tutorial looks WAY more cinematic and better than Feds. And that's still a work in progress. This could be actually good.
