So.... check this out, maybe this was just to keep me quiet or perhaps a light at the end of the tunnel... I've been torching the ticket system since March 13th and finally I get something noteworthy.
Maybe it is time we form our own little "e-protest", lol... anyway the backstory is this, I've been torching it up with Cryptic for some time now because the server stability is heinous and while space doesn't get hit as bad, the ground battlezones and even the story mode missions are suffering. So I've been launching my message barrage campaign against Cryptic. I encourage others to soundoff and get these peeps get off their work-from-home butts and stabilize the server rather than toss new content... As I've told them too, new content is nice, but new content cannot be enjoyed with rubberbanding like a personal temporal rapture ever few seconds.

Honestly I had no idea... 
Thanks for the new info... It had tired me to see their support forums speak of this issue and it seemed like people yelling in the dark with no one listening.
