Not interested in downloading and installing an Arc Client. I wish games would stop doing that. I prefer the classic STO launcher I still use.

You can claim via the arc website without the app. It just uses your game login.

The best part is... If you collect enough of them, they turn into Account-bound items (12 slots each) once you hit the max on the toon that opens the pack. So, if you want to put those KDF-pack bank or inventory slots on one of your FEDdies, open the KDF pack with a toon that is maxed out in Bank and Inventory slots.
