Galaxy Class

I love the Vengeance, but have been looking more and more to add a Galaxy Class to my roster. Are there any that stand out as ones to get? Lobi/lockbox/market? I know the Legendary,but that's not an option. The Narendra in the Z store looks cool, but I haven't bought a ship from there that came close to the Vengeance for what I want. I realize it's an Ambasador Class, but, still close. Anyways, thanks in advance for any help you might have.

The Andromeda Class is pretty good for a tanking build. You can get good DPS out of a Galaxy Class if you know how to fly one and have a great build. That being said its very engineering heavy and therefore more suited to a tank build.

You can build a pretty effective aggro tank or "off-tank" that can hold its own while outputting respectable damage. I'd recommend looking at Bridgers Build for the Legendary Galaxy as the seating is identical to the Andromeda class from the C-STORE.

I'm cheap, so I just fly the fleet Galaxy. Might not be the very best ship I can get, but it is so pretty...

Is there any reason to get the Z Store version? The Fleet one looks better in every way

Mainly for the skin. Also IIRC if you own the C-STORE version you get the fleet version at a reduced cost for only 1 fleet module instead of 5

If you want a Galaxy looking ship then i'd personally go for the Yamato dreadnought. It's identical to the Andromeda in every way except it has a built in phaser lance which is a bonus for you.
It has pretty much access to all the other bangs and whistles of the normal T6 Galaxy class.

Actually - looks like I was mistaken - I have the Zen store one, doh. I will be upgrading to the Fleet one asap.

Galaxy Dreadnoughts are great, esp if you use a phaser build. The Spinal Phaser Lance can be utterly devastating.
