    First off - is your character, or one of them, a member of the UFP fleet, on the Klingon side? If not - then you can't contribute which is fine of course Smile

    Second - and I risk explaining something that you might be very familiar with, if so, my apologies. In general, donating to a fleet (if you are a member of any fleet of course) happens through the fleet interface - button below the mini map, right next to the Task Force Operations button.

    From that menu, select Armada. It should show a list of the fleets that are part of our Armada. Select one of those fleets, and 'holdings'. It will show a list of holdings of the fleet, each of which _can_ have multiple projects active that require various resources you can donate.

    Hopefully that helps! To be honest - I don't even notice that message anymore when logging in, it has been there forever.
