Very likely getting this game, looks like fun and I've been a long time fan of the 'Potter universe. I do wish that the game would have had multiplayer so my wife and I could play together. Maybe someday (although not holding my breath)...


As a friendly thought, if you're on the fence because of others on social media platforms who might bully you because you want to have fun in a magical world that inspires imagination and wonder, it might be worth your time to rethink why you care what they think and just have fun (also maybe to rethink why you're on certain social media platforms).

Never saw the movies originally, just in the process now (first 5 done). I preordered the game yesterday, looks pretty cool. Could have made a great MMO, but I enjoy the Bioware solo player style.

So far it's been really fun! I got to the first visit to Hogsmeade last night, but I spent a lot of time running around the castle. The performance issues people have seen haven't been super noticeable to me, but my nostalgia goggles are on tight. It did crash right after the sorting ceremony, and there was a moment where the texture of the Ravenclaw bannisters didn't load during a cutscene.

That being said, it's absolutely dripping with Harry Potter-ness.
