    You can be the most effective space wizard as a tac! Sci might debuff a little more, but tac will out-dps sci, in an otherwise apples to apples comparison.

    Tac buffs to dps and crits outweigh sci debuffs to targets.

    I'm putting this together on a Fleet Laeosa research vessel. I hope that's not a mistake as they looked almost the same. I've got enough saucers.

    Similar layout although the BOFF seating is a little different. Will need to juggle some powers around.
