Build Notes:
- While this build is almost identical to my Nebula Exotic DPS build there a few caveats to ship layout that can cause some changes in BOFF powers layout. For example: This ship replaces the Ensign Science with an Engineering station taking away potential survivability powers on the engineering side.
- This ship is more focused on outright DPS and is more manoeuvrable than the Nebula Class.

The problem with the Entangled Quantum Bombardment console is that it does not get cooldown reduction from Unconventional Systems, at least, with my testing. I've also tested that Temporal Vortex Probe also suffers from the same problem. For an alternative console, I suggest Approaching Agony. It scales off of phaser damage and EPG, albeit, not as much compared to Plasma Storm.

It should be getting c/d reductions from unconventional systems, at least in my tests it was. Hmm I'll have to look into that, thanks for the heads up!

I'm using a similar build but it doesn't have tac powers at all, just pure science for the face melting Sec Def proc and the 4 piece Revolutionary clicky. If I can figure out how to do one of these build templates, I'll put it up.

I'd suggest making your own template in all honesty, while this looks great it's pretty easy to mess up the BBcode and break everything

Tested mine again, still no cooldown reduction even though my other console abilities do. My Entangled Quantum Bombardment came from the Jem'Hadar Temporal Warship. If yours does still get cooldown reduction from Unconventional Systems, what ship did you get your console from?

The Edison Temporal Warship, after further testing mine isn't getting the c/d reduction either from Unconventional Systems. I'll look further into this, I suspect it's a bug but I'm waiting for confirmation from a few sources on this.
