The position of Deputy Head of Gaming has been vacant ever since Adster94 stepped down back 2 years ago, and ever since then I have been on the look out for someone that might be able to replace him, until now! Please join me in congratulating Mack's promotion to Deputy Head of Gaming.
You might be wondering why I decided not to open up this position for anyone to apply. To be upfront about it is that I had this appointment in mind for quite a few months now. I looked for members that had a good understanding of both Star Trek Online and Non-Trek Gaming, and that had great history of management within the UFP. Mack's effort to revitalise SFO and making it work within the current state of the game, and his management style within SFO, coupled that with his increasing interest in Non-Trek games makes him the perfect candidate to take on the role of Deputy Head of Gaming.
Prior to his appointment to Deputy Head of Gaming, Mack was already hard at work with other divisions to make some great events for the last UFPAC of the year. As Deputy Head of Gaming, Mack and Bridger will work together in finding a suitable replacement to take over Mack's old position. Mack will work closely with me and the other divisions in shaping the future of the community's gaming side of things.
