I know its technically not related to the poll, but I am taking option four: the path of waiting a year or so before buying the game

I went with streetkid, but I was seriously tempted by Corpo. I think I'll do another playthrough as a Corpo next.

I haven't started my play-through yet as I'm still waiting for a couple more patches for bug fixing and stability. But I will definitely start as Corpo first.

Just FYI:

The Nomad has the longest prologue due to you driving around in a vehicle, getting in and out and doing things.
The Corpo the second longest prologue due to big fancy corporate buildings and riding in a vehicle.
The Street Kid has the shortest prologue, the areas are small and you also ride in a vehicle for roughly the same amount of time as the Corpo.

Just in case anyone has a "check out the prologue and get me back in the main game!" mindset for subsequent plays.

Lol... i came into cb2077 completely ignorant of the story (never thought i'd be able to get the launch without seeing any spoilers or anything but... it's still possible in 2020...)

I was thinking "You know what, i'm just going to stream that turorial little intro part and play until Keanu Reeves shows up in the game.... Then i'll go to sleep and play for seriouszz when i wake uo... "

And eehm... i might be peeing into the wind here but eeh.... Buttersmooth gameplay, zero bugs, just a couple of (so far) funny glitches in some models and eeh... i'm doing it on an old worn out 1500x and a rx470 4GB. And you can watch the stream if you dont believe it. 6,5 hours uninterupted....)

So all that talk about the glitching and the bugging and the moaning and so on.. i think it is clickbait, hype pumpers and bu%% hurting from console playeer that again get reminded pc's will always have the better of the gameplay and graphics.

Might be wrong.... but might also do the Nail hitting on the head thing.....

I've seen quite a lot of bugs and glitches but I've been playing on both a series s and Xbox one s. The X1S is atrocious at times

I'm beginning to question CDPR's decision to link the release for the older gen consoles and the newer consoles to the pc version release. When they announced CP'77 there was little to no information about the next genz so they couldn't have taken them into account during early development. Insisting on releasing it on old genz was always going to be a drag on the dev team from the get go. Had they simply developed it for the PC, released it and then get teams of experts worry about porting it to whatever other platform was possible i think 80% of the problems they've had since release wouldn't have happened.

Anyway, i am biased. I have been, i am and i shall always be a PC gamer. I've always maintained that the consoles have hindered the potential of the gaming industry and the developers needed to just develop for PC, and then downport if they absolutely had to.

I play games on both Xbox and PC as I feel some games work better on each particular format. I do agree that they should've reconsidering the release plans for the older consoles as right now, it's a very poor experience on them.
