    Greetings UFP!

    I hope all is well! I wanted to let you all know that with my attention focused inwardly to the Starfleet Diplomacy Corps as its new Commanding Officer, I am assigning Lieutenant J.G. Rokossovsky, who will be Consul to UFP. I hope he will continue the discussions that we have been discussing together, and I cannot wait to see what fruit bears from his negotiations on our behalf with you all. Happy holidays!

    I gladly accept this appointment as Consul to UFP, and I hope to fulfil this position adequately. I hope to get to know more about UFP and develop our diplomatic relations.
