2020 has been a tough year one of blood sweat and tears for some be it frontline essential keyworkers who have kept food on our tables and in our stores to medical staff across the board who have worked tirelessly to save the unsavable it’s been a very hard year and i would like to take a minute to thank you all for what sacrifices you have made this year.

I think come the end the year many people now know someone who has been affected by the ongoing pandemic in some way be it a family member, colleague or that friend online you may never have met but now miss.

Take a minute to remember the good times and reflect on what little good you may have been fortunate to experience this last year.

Personally, my highlight of the year in the game was the fleet medical appreciation day back in April given it was at a time when my wife a member of said medical professions was staying away from home so not to bring the unknown virus home to myself and our kids. And this event occurred during this time and listening to others experiences at this time makes you realise you are not the only one in that position.

So, whatever your new year’s plans are or have been for those who have already greeted 2021 I hope to see the new year in with hope in some way and let’s wish for a healthier 2021
