    Hi Mentioned User OneOfNine,

    I'm marking this as an error for the time being for several reasons:

    We require members have a minimum of 20 posts on the forums before they are eligible for a signature to be created and issued. This is covered in this guide.

    Secondly, the character and ship image you provided do follow our requirements for signatures and are too low quality.

    All character images need to be taken in the tailor screen using the following commands and settings:

    Lighting 2.0 turned OFF with the command /renderscale 2 used by typing the command into the chatbox ingame. You can take a screenshot without the UI in the tailor by typing into the chatbox /screenshot_jpg. It will then be saved to a location similar to this: F:\Star Trek Online\Star Trek Online\Live\screenshots

    We have a helpful guide here that you can follow. If you have any questions I will be happy to assist. If you would like a character image recreation can be provided for you.

    Leaving this as an error until the 20 post minimum has been met.
