Adster94

• Combat Readiness Medal
  Adster94 has continued to show his dedication and time towards the fleet since he joined the {UFP} earlier this year. His work in the Academy has been most helpful and appreciated and has not gone un-noticed. While he has grown continually busy in real life, he’s continued to show his skill and dedication to the fleet in various games that the fleet plays, particularly Star Trek: Online. He’s an important and gracious member of Starfleet Operations that everyone has come to like.

BigMikeL

• Combat Readiness Medal
• Red Crest
  This member has progressed through the fleet in a very short space of time and has shown time and time again his dedication to the fleet through various means. More recently his efforts in the Federation News Network have been most notable with the Herald and the Midas Array. BigMikeL’s progression of ideas for the department brings further innovation in a place where it is needed most.

Bondgadget76

• Fleet Admiral's Cross
• Starfleet Cross
  Bondgadget76 is one of the most notable officers of the fleet, he’s displayed some of the greatest qualities that is come to be expected from any officer and uses them on a daily basis to assist the fleet in various forms, from helping with the Award Ceremonies, to working on new infrastructure in the Academy as well as now taking on the duties as Division Supervisor. He has shown time and time again his dedication, hard work and initiative to get the job done in ways that others hadn’t thought of. Not only does he help with fleet administration, Bondgadget76 has shown an enormous skill in playing games such as Elite Force and enthusiasm in playing other games.

Dr. Adzy

• Conduct Medal
  This member hasn’t been in the fleet very long but already he’s shown he’s an active member of the fleet and has contributed to several of the {UFP}’s events to make sure members are having a fun time as a whole. Throughout this, he’s shown his conduct towards other members and what it means to be a genuine and approachable person within the fleet.

Dr. Sob Kimuntre M.D.

• Starfleet Medal
  Dr. Sob Kimuntre M.D. is a reasonably reserved individual within the fleet however his attitude and actions in the Starfleet Operations division is a prime example of what every member should aim towards and beyond.

Gripen

• Meritorious Service Medal
• Valor Award
  Gripen is often an unseen force in the Starfleet Operations, working behind the scenes to make sure things are operating smoothly for everyone else in the division. He’s been an excellent Fleet Bank Officer and is often available on TeamSpeak whether it’s just a casual chat or if you need help, he’s always willing to lend a hand. On a continual basis he’s displayed skills in Star Trek: Online and his dedication to the {UFP}.

Grim Shepard

• Distinguished Service Cross
• Nebula Star
  This officer since his return from retirement earlier this year has displayed the skills and hard work that has allowed him to progress in short order through the fleet where he is now serving in an Executive Officer role. Grim Shepard has helped significantly in running the Internal Affairs department, often assisting in solving some difficult administrative issues with a very creative approach. His thorough and dedicated efforts means he’s made a lasting impression with fellow officers and on the fleet.

Jaden Katrell

• Combat Readiness Medal
• Starfleet Medal
  While quite quiet on the forums, in-game he is a pleasure to game with on Star Trek: Online particularly when playing in the Klingon Faction and his skills are able to be used to save the day. Anyone with such knowledge in the game and is willing to help out fellow members is an officer worth noting.

Jon Thomas

• Medal of Excellence
  Jon Thomas excels in displaying his skills in several of the games that the {UFP} plays. His activity is beyond what is expected from him, often attending events such as Elite Force Frag Night and his knowledge of Star Trek: Online makes him a worthy member to receive the Medal of Excellence, congratulations!

Jordan

• Medal of Excellence
• Nebula Star
  This member has shown on numerous occasions his dedication to the fleet and his approachable and friendly manner that is often displayed on the forums and of course on TeamSpeak, even before he joined he was always one to join in on a conversation and help the fleet out. Since joining, Jordan, has continued to run the Diplomatic Corps department and while several obstacles placed in his way while in command, has shown he’s in for the long haul, continuing to contribute and develop relations with other clans. Along with his SDC work, his efforts in Starfleet Harriers have been exemplary, editing maps to suit the Star Trek: Endeavour Serial Roleplay and playing as the XO as well in the same SRP.

LynxMukka

• Valor Award
  LynxMukka is involved in pretty much everything within the fleet, he's got great in-game skill and just the number of activities going on within the fleet, the number of projects he's working on is really phenomenal. We're giving him the Valor Award which is given to members to demonstrate skill above and beyond all others in the field which I think is certainly true. He's made notable contributions throughout the fleet, not only while performing his duties but also when helping out others and he's a great role model for the fleet.

Mikester92

• Promotion to Rear Admiral
• Combat Readiness Medal
• Nebula Star
  Mikester92 is a prime example of a member that signs up to an obligation and is able to complete it ahead of schedule and exactly to specification. Mikester92 always seems capable of taking on any task thrown at him and manages it beyond expectation. His dedication and time that he contributes to the fleet is almost unparallel, working in every department within the {UFP} Mikester92 is a true credit to the fleet. His attendance and skill that he’s displayed throughout his time in multiple gaming events is also another character trait that makes Mikester92 worthy of a promotion to Rear Admiral, the Combat Readiness Medal and the Nebula Star. LynxMukka, the department supervisor also wishes to convey his thanks and best wishes to another successful three months in Internal Affairs, well done Rear Admiral!

Neo

• Federation Order of Merit
• Federation Star
  Neo is a member that has very often worked behind the scenes and whose work has often gone un-noticed. However despite this, Neo has continued to make a substantial difference to the running of the fleet and could perhaps be considered one of the, if not the most active Chief Engineer we’ve ever had in the {UFP}. His special talents in moving the {UFP} resources to another server was a huge undertaking that went very smoothly and his day to day duties in fixing small issues makes Neo one of the greatest talents the fleet has to move it into 2011. His activity on TeamSpeak is beyond almost any other and his friendly attitude makes Neo one of the most liked officers in the {UFP}.

nickp85

• Promotion to Lieutenant Junior Grade
• Nebula Star
  Nickp85 is one of the finest officers of Internal Affairs, his primary role of making sure that the fleet proposals develop beyond their initial phase is beyond what any officer has managed to do in the past. His creative suggestions to solving problems help speed up the process of making sure people’s ideas get implemented. While not involving himself elsewhere in the fleet, his efforts in Internal Affairs are very much appreciated, particularly even by the higher ups.

Pat

• Conduct Medal
• Starfleet Medal
  Pat has only recently joined the fleet however has already left a positive impact on his superior officers. His activity is beyond the expectation of most and always displays a positive attitude to any given situation. It is very much hoped that Pat will continue his work within the fleet and is certainly a member to keep an eye on in the future.

Picard2010

• Conduct Medal
  While somewhat quiet on the forums and TeamSpeak, Picard has shown a very active interest when it comes to fleet events and the Starfleet Operations division. Picard 2010 has repeatedly demonstrated all of the values of a Starfleet Officer whether it’s helping new or old members on Star Trek: Online.

Seeker

• Legion of Merit
• Personal Achievement Award
  Since joining the fleet earlier this year, Seeker has been one to keep an eye on in whichever way you wish to interpret however some issues in the past and shown a steady improvement and has since ranged from working in the Corps of Engineers to assisting in Internal Affairs and is now the Executive Officer of the Starfleet Operations division, a true personal achievement. His willingness to help change the fleet for the better and the time that he dedicates to fleet gaming is above what is expected.

Slushee

• Legion of Merit
• Starfleet Medal
  In the short amount of time that Slushee has been in the fleet, he has already displayed the effort, dedication and skills required of any command officer. He has very much impressed Mikester92 with his work in the Internal Affairs department as well as the Department Supervisor. His hours worth of work and research have surpassed all expectations of him and it is very much hoped he will continue to home his skills and make a lasting impact upon the fleet and its members.

Tallaris

• Valor Award
  Tallaris has recently stepped up to the plate in helping out with fleet affairs, whether it’s internal or external. He’s performed above and beyond the call of duty; often being able to work independently to get the job done is a quality that most officers lack. His true dedication is displayed in his continued efforts in engaging in external communication with other fleets and within the Diplomatic Corps department.

U.S.S. Hyperion

• Federation Star
  USS Hyperion’s activity has been somewhat rather driftful in the past however in the past nine months, his efforts in helping the fleet have been highly appreciated and noticed by everyone. Hyperion’s work in managing the Leave of Absences area is one of the finest examples of an officer carrying out his duty to the best expectation possible.

Xar

• Fleet Loyalty Commendation
• Golden Starburst
• Nebula Star
  This member has certainly been put into a situation that none should have to go through and despite this has made it through with wide success where others would have easily failed. Xar is today received the Fleet Loyalty Commendation, the Golden Starburst medal and the Nebula Star. He’s shown a sense of responsibility and dedication by helping out in duties when others are not able to fulfill them. He’s the perfect example of an officer that steps up to a challenge and is able to use his initiative to confront it head on. While not being the Starfleet Operations Commanding Officer very long, he’s already displayed creativity and command traits that are expected from only the best.
