Hello mates,
I think I did something wrong with my PC. The windows disk nearly consumes the entire SSD capacity.
Do I have to re-install ir or try delete something?
Any help is appreciated. I feel so dumb.

Show us the folders of your C-Drive you might have some backups in there from a Windows upgrade.

When you right click on the disk in explorer, you should see a disk cleanup option - might be worth a try too.

Ps. 237Gb is not all that much these days, looks like the basic 'User' folder is on C as well - so I would assume your downloads (and documents) folders are on that as well? Those can get pretty big.

This might be too much detail - but you can move those folders to another drive. In explorer, I can right click on the documents or downloads link, select properties and location. They have a move option if you wanted to put them on another drive instead.

Goto settings apps then sort by size and then filter by and select drive c this will show the largest installs you have on drive.

For reference:
My WIN 10 PRO NTFS C:\ drive usage (with associated programs for everything else I have installed) is right at 102GB.
And that's for Version 20H2; OS build 19042.804; Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.551.0.

Just my WIN 10 folder is:
C:\Windows
Size: 26.6 GB (28,572,879,028 bytes)
Size on disk: 18.6 GB (20,042,534,912 bytes)
Contains: 296,350 files / 108,236 folders

Take into consideration that my Pictures folder lives on my C:\ drive (37.3 GB).

Hibernation saves the state of all programs to the HDD and uses space

2) You need to show hidden and system files in Windows Explorer and post the c:\ list again.

Open the Windows Explorer.
There should be a button at the top left that says VIEW. Click it.
A new toolbar appears. On the right side there is a checkbox list:

We're looking for the presence and size of your hiberfil, swapfile, and pagefile.

You could also be suffering from TEMP / TMP file bloat if you have recently added many programs to your system or if you have recently cleaned up your files. There is a known issue where after clearing TEMP / TMP files, the Microsoft Store gets borked and fills up the TEMP directory with .appx files ^[1].

Run Disk Cleanup (Windows 10):

• In the search box on the taskbar, type disk cleanup, and select Disk Cleanup from the list of results.
• Select the drive you want to clean up, and then select OK.
• Under Files to delete, select the file types to get rid of. To get a description of the file type, select it.
• Select OK.

If you need to free up more space, you can also delete system files:

• In Disk Cleanup, select Clean up system files.
• Select the file types to get rid of. To get a description of the file type, select it.
• Select OK.

Use caution when cleaning files. Read the description of each item you select.
Depending on the choices you make and your system setup, you can free up about 10 GB of space with Disk Cleanup.

Another possibility is your drive is flooded with Windows restore points from patching over time. It is nice to have the safety net there if something goes wrong with your OS install, but Microsoft doesn't do a great job of limiting the disk space for these restore point backups.

I would check this, i.e. Windows Backup, as well.

Select Start​ > Settings > Update & Security > Backup

Depending on options, you will be amazed at how fast your HDD space gets eaten up by Backups and Restore Points.

My backups currently is sitting at 233 GB, which I have off-loaded onto a USB mass storage drive.

I accidently installed Star Wars Battlefront 2 on the C drive.. Might explain that high amount of data there 😅😬
