Current wip for my Klingon Legendary Vor'cha, its still a wip but at current i'm hitting 140k dps in ISE and i still want to improve, while this is here mainly for me to have a base to go back to as i change things around, at the same time i would also be very open to suggestions.

Have you tried using Call Emergency Artillery 3? It's a command boff power that with the recent patch, can do crap tons of DPS (Seen it get up to 177k alone).

A big thing hindering your build is the lack of Technician doffs. You should be using all 3 copies of those doffs for maximum cooldown reduction (Blues or Purples).

That is a nice build you have there. Equipment wise you're fine. Same for Skills & Traits.

For the DODFs, try to get the sixth one from the Fleet Spire. As Mentioned User Distant Knight said, Get 3 Technicians (at least blue) to pair them with your A2B abilities. The slots should look something like this:

3 x Technician - Reduce time for all bridge officer abilities to recharge when Auxiliary to Battery is used.
1 x Energy Weapons Officer - Chance for stacking Crit Chance buff on firing Energy Weapons
1 x Energy Weapons Officer - Chance for stacking Crit Severity buff on firing Energy Weapons
1 x Marion Frances Dulmur

If you swap DEM for the Call Emergency Artillery III, then drop Marion for a:

1 x Space Warfare Specialist - Chance of Outgoing Damage Applied as Healing

Ok i have brought them so i have 3 purple Technicians now, 1 blue EWO, and 1 purple EWO and Marion Frances Dulmur I'll parse this later and see if there is much difference, thank you for the suggestions

To be honest Bridger, as long as i have a tank i could change out reverse shield polarity 2 for a better Emergency power to weapons, But what would you change the ensign slot too??

With the recent rework to Command, you WANT to keep call emergency artillery. Apparently it now does a ton of dps. Seen it range from 33k to 170k.
