Jester & Nova do a very good job. Not sure what Bridger actually brings to anything as he just does not engage.

Mack: Bridger plays the orchestra. In any team, you see people whose actions can be seen and some of those whose you can't. XOs tend to be part of executing everything so yes, but before that happens there's a process to things. And Bridger is involved at every step, despite how busy he's been in his real life off late. It's quite commendable actually.

Bridger: I am pulling the strings behind the scenes but in fact I am dedicating all my limited free time to STO on the administrative side.

Jestersmith: I agree that Bridgers a lazy so and so with all his builds on the forums and dealing with the unseen stuff behind the scenes i hope he continues on in the same fashion he is, He gets a thanks from me for what he does anyway.

Novalance: the Head of star trek online is seldom seen behind the Giant head of the House of Kular! but he is there!

Bill: Bridger is everywhere. He’s the Q of SFC

The recent changes in command have been positive and the division is still as strong as ever

Why’s the UFP’s second fleet still only got a Tier 3 Colony?

Bridger: Because of the redicouluse Dilithium Cost it was decided to only fully build the Colony in the UFP 1st Fleet and the House of Kular since you can get access to all assets via Map invite.

Jestersmith: As above nothing to add.

Novalance: All resources to House of Kular, Glory to me... uh, you! and your house!

Overall approve but being more on top of projects that unload fleet marks would be nice. Especially from primary UFP.

UFP 1st Fleet has been build to the level we want, please use the Armada System the are four other Fleets.

Jestersmith: As above i regularly find slots in armada to drop stuff into myself when i need it so keep checking

Bill: Agree with above, you definitely want to search through the entire Armada to make contributions. That’s one of the benefits of the Armada system.

Please try to keep the Research Lab Combat Boost Fleet project slotted. Many weeks have gone by with it being unavailable. I do my best to contribute to those in order to keep the boost active as much as possible. Thanks Smile

Could use some more ingame chat ...

Bridger: Chat seems to be going very well when I am on. Could it be that you use the Armada or Fleet Chat since we don't use it.

Jestersmith: I see plenty in game chat make sure your in all fleet related chats we have UFPlanets and UFP-TFO add into this at the moment the Battle bridge Team speak channel is seeing an increase in daily activity not related to in game events then i would have to disagree on that one with you.

Novalance: In-game chat from whom? Leaders? Staff? Regulars? if the answer to any of those is yes, then I'm guessing your either not in UFPlanets chat or not online when most of us are.

Love everything, but would appreciate if the Quartermaster/higher ranked people could start more fleet projects—I have a bunch of marks waiting to be spent
