This ones so far off topic for here but hey that's what off topics for aint it
So the last few days i have seen posts on twitter from a few places mentioning this Linda Lindas band seen the pictures and thought these look like a Disney thing not interested, in game before Mentioned User Taku as i am getting in game to STO i am greeted to a random post in fleet chat that goes

So i replied stating i had not heard them but seen them all over and asked who/what they was but he left the game, with that i goes to YT to see what this girl band i seen on twitter posts from NME and Variety and what they was about, not expecting anything special remembering old school kids group Hanson back in the 90s being badged up as the next best young rock thing and being bitterly disappointed not only for my ears but also that they live on in cheesy memory. OMG i could not be so wrong in my initial expectations these young ladies rock indeed sound so much older than they are and should Jack Black ever be inspired any time soon to do a School of Rock 2 these girls should be in it in someway they are very old school punk in how they sound its so refreshing to hear.
Being born in 76 (yes i am that old) and being spoilt with music from the 70s 80s and 90s punk, rock, grunge, metal genres most modern music just doesn't meet my spoilt ears expectations but oh my these where amazing to listen to and i will be surprised if they don't go on and do well i have listened to them on spotify and YouTube where they did a live thing in of all things a school library and they certainly sounded better live fave song so far is No Clue but i like most them they do an amazing cover of Bikini Kills Rebel Girl also.

No problem, Mentioned User Jestersmith. Sorry I missed you in-game. "No Clue" is probably my favorite from that set as well. But then I'm a sucker for a drummer that sings lead.
I'm glad you took the time to check them out, and I'm sure they're happy that you enjoyed their music. They certainly are not Disney-pop sweet and schticky. The big tipoff is Mila's shirt. Any 10-year-old that wears a Bikini Kill t-shirt is definitely not going to be what you expected. I mean, it's not like they opened for Bikini Kill or anything. Oh, wait, they DID. At The L.A. Palladium in 2019.
Keep an eye on them. When it all goes crazy, you can say you knew about them before they made their first million.
Also, a word of advice. Don't compare them to The Ramones. Many Riot grrrls will yell at you if you do.

Yeah i seen the top when i watched the video but to be fair when i seen the pics of them in the likes of Rolling Stones, NME and Variety sharing news on them i just glanced at the picture and didn't even pay to much attention instantly thinking gimmick group this could not have be farther from the truth with them after going and watching and listening I like the YouTube over the Spotify stuff sounded more raw when listening to it.

The L.A. Times Entertainment Section did a write up on them. It seems that they're signing with Epitaph Records, and they're fielding concert requests from overseas.
All this started with the L.A. Public Library posting "Racist, Sexist Boy" on Instagram and Twitter.
