I stumbled across this randomly on YouTube last night and while things may change considerably as knowledge advances, it's quite interesting to see scientific thinking of what will happen to the universe long after the Earth is gone, which will be in about 5 billion years, a time that's essentially a footnote in the universe's lifespan.
