The Courage Class

Another 32nd Century offering. It has 2 modes, tactical and science and it appears that depending on which mode is used, the ship seems to fly backwards as Cryptic was unsure which end was the front and did the switcharoo as a compromise. (Because apparently just asking is something they don't seem to have thought about)

They have to pay for Magic tanking somehow. STO has always been a big earner for them compared to their other titles, but they don't even try to hide this approach anymore, it's just become totally blatant.

Unfortunately with the Magic game getting the plug pulled, Cryptic doesn't really have any major incentive to cool off the exchange rate. They only get cash when people buy Zen, so from a business standpoint as long as they can keep enticing people to buy more zen through all these sales, they are helping recoup the losses from Magic getting shuttered (but I don't know that making a flying toilet seats with friggin' phaser beams is gonna sell well). Frankly the uproar on the exchange rates died with the vanity shield sale even though it didn't do anything to improve supply, so I suspect more token dil sinks to appease the masses is all we'll see on that side for a while.
