    The CG one makes more sense if Starfleet was just repurposing parts intended for Galaxys to make other ships.
    The studio model is more interesting looking though

    The CG one makes more sense if Starfleet was just repurposing parts intended for Galaxys to make other ships.
    The studio model is more interesting looking though
    It's the other way around the Nebula Class was build before the Galaxy Class you can see that on the USS Farragut that is using the TMP style of the Starfleet Delta.

    Also a lot of windows are missing on the Top of the saucer amd she has none of the indent windows on the bottom.

    Ten Forward weekly 10/02/22

    Not watched this one yet so none of this is mine as i forgot they moved to Thursday night for this week one so this is all taken from the Reddit summary

    • Terran bundle will be revealed this Sunday.
    • No plans announced for turning the new bridges into player bridges, though Kael is beating the drum to have it done.
    • There might be top hats on things coming in the future, but Kael can't mention what it is, only that it might not happen for being too outside the normal aesthetic of Star Trek, which many of the devs are protective of
    • Cryptic is looking into the black box ship explosions.
    • Other recruitment events will return this year. Delta is already on the schedule to get blogs. Andre has plans to rerun the recruits every year.
    • No plans to make new recruitment events for Romulan or Discovery captains any time soon.
    • Cryptic is looking into getting DSC captains be Delta or Temporal Recruit, though no actual work has been put into that.
    • There is news, but none Kael can share, about DSC Andorian captains
    • Kael does believes that the uniform in the Terran bundle is the inquisitor uniform, but he hasn't seen it so don't quote him on that
    • Kael has asked about getting the golden Grand Nagus ship put out as part of giveaways and such, but has been shot down because of the negative reaction to the ship's initial release which has caused the devs to be wary on it. Asks twitch chat if if was hypothetically put up for sale/as a give away would people riot to want to get it.
    • The Zhat Vash and Far From Home lockbox contents will be put in the infinity box, Kael isn't sure when.
    • No update on Dilex fixes. Kael thinks a really good idea came up on Noah's stream recently, and he passed the idea along, but Kael isn't sure anything is going to come of that quickly.
    • Kael doesn't know if they will ever go back and add more races to the Dominion faction. He wants to, but they would have to rewrite the story for it to make sense.
    • Terran faction unlikely since not too many people really like playing the badguy.
    • New ships in the bundle are not legendary ships, but they will have their own stats.
    • Kael will ask about getting the Borg parts from Mirror Janeway's made available if they aren't already.
    • Cryptic wants to do Prodigy stuff but has to see if they need permission from Nickelodeon to do so/hasn't gotten said permission yet.
    • Cryptic studios is fully remote now, so much of the team has left the area of the old offices and now live in Texas or the East Coast.
    • Cryptic made something to allow console players to look at their ships closer/better, but it broke like 15 other things so it never came out. They hope to update it soon.
    • Kael will ask if DSC Andorian parts, if/when they come out, will be added to 2409 Andorians for use, about the TNG anniversary event being turned back on, about having admiralty/endeavor tokens being added back as free drops.
    • STO is going to be 2411 stories for the foreseeable future, rather then trying to directly tie into any of the TV shows.
    • Sale of Cryptic to Embracer has finalized.
    • Kael believes the actor they want for the Terran Emperor has signed the contract to do it.
    • Kael says if you opened the box for Wen's raider HUD before they put in the patch to fix it, and didn't get the costume even after the patch, contact support because they need to know.
    • Things like transporter effects are bound to character, so its harder to change them. It may happen at some point in the future.
    • The 12th anniversary bundle ships will be made available separately in the zen store except the Mirror Engle which is only available in the way its already available. Mirror Uniforms are exclusive to the bundle. The ships are not legendary. Price will be announced on Sunday.
    • Can't custom nameless people on your ship because the bridge map is just a generic map everyone uses and the generic NPCs are just a generic NPC pool not a custom pool for you. Same as a generic map in any mission.
    • In response to a chat question, its unlikely past legendary bundles will have their ships broken up into individual sales.
    • Cryptic has had a lot of meeting talking about ways to fix the Dilex.
    • Cryptic has contacted Geroge Takei in the past to do a story, Cryptic can't afford him. Might try to get Phillipa one day, but probably can't afford her either.
    • New campaign event for this year is the same prize as last years but they are adding in all the ships you couldn't get last year.

    Things like transporter effects are bound to character, so its harder to change them. It may happen at some point in the future.
    I hope this happens, the main reason I have DSC characters is for the warp effect, I like Starfleet Transporter, not so much the warp animation =P

    New campaign event for this year is the same prize as last years but they are adding in all the ships you couldn't get last year.

    I have missed the last few week's worth of Ten Forward and also last night's one with the time changes they had with doing them so no summary has been done and the last week's one was not really summary worthy the guy on Reddit has also not been doing them till his return today so not mine but links on the bottom if you want to go upvote him.

    • The Intel spec revamp was something Jeremy did on his free time, and wasn't something he was assigned to do.
    • Intel was originally proposed to be a 4th class alongside Tactical, Science, and Engineering, but Cryptic discovered through the design process that was going to create more friction/problem in the game.
    • Intel was chosen for revamp because it was the first spec, and was largely done without the possibility for feedback since it was the first one they did, and some of what player's expected out of it wasn't the same as the original designed for it.
    • No current timeline for the Stargazer from Picard S2.
    • Ships in the shows start off being designed by the concept teams that can be dozens of people large, and they can make full 3d models of the concepts for ships. Those concepts get sent to the visual FX studio who has their own ideas/opinions on the designs, and can change the concepts they are given. While STO is given the concept art they can't always work from that since they don't know what might be changed about it for the actual show.
    • A concept for a spec Cryptic has kicked around is for drones/hanger pets, both in space/ground, but thats as far as the design has gotten so far.
    • The design team is interested in doing a new spec. The expectations for things like UI, effects, etc. for a new primary spec makes it hard to fit into the schedule.
    • Jeremy forgot to clean out his cubicle at the Cryptic office before he moved to Seattle including hi magic decks, various D&D books, and some Lego sets.
    • Jeremy enjoyed going into detail about the changes for the blog, might do it more frequently in the future.
    • Because Jeremy was doing this on his free time he didn't have the... time... to do a fundamental rework of the gather intel power, and people have been using the intel spec for so long they didn't want to pull the rug out from under them by changing it too much. Jeremy doesn't feel like he went far enough with Gather Intel, but still feels like they are impactful changes.
    • The teamwork mechanic that was supposed to make gather intel go faster used to be buggy/didn't always work right. That's been streamlined to work correctly now.
    • There is a huge portion of the playerbase that doesn't play TFOs. So while the 6 second build up for gather intel may not work on most lesser enemies in a TFO setting it is more applicable in the story setting for these story only players.
    • Gather Intel isn't a passive because it would be a major rework, and would require him to completely rebuild the power from scratch which he simply didn't have the time to do without sacrificing some of the other changes.
    • When doing changes to powers like this Jeremy does it on an empty ship to get a baseline without having other skills/powers/traits affecting it. Then he took a fully equipped intel ship out in normal content to better tune it to possible odd builds.
    • Jeremy doesn't have a good answer on how best player's can help show what changes they want/vote with their wallet. Buying more intel ships may suggest intel is just fine, but buying less may just suggest they should just stop making intel ships. There's too many factors for any one thing to say do X.
    • Kael clarifies that STO doing gangbusters doesn't necessarily mean they would hire a lot more devs. That's not how that works.
    • Evade target lock was changed because you don't really feel defense too much in most moment to moment gameplay, and even giving you a boatload doesn't change all that much. Changed to a damage penalty to the target to make it something you can feel/applies to more things(should work with evade target lock)
    • Changes are hoping to be put on tribble to mess around with before the changes come out.
    • Redshirt was pulled for use by the team while Cryptic is working from home, but since they are now always doing that its unlikely redshirt will come back.
    • Intel team had a lot of feedback that the differences between the stealth values in Ranks 1/2 wasn't worthwhile/functional. Unified stealth value ranks because R3 was seen as worthwhile. Increased the defense value so it could be soft felt a bit more. Didn't want to remove defense from all the powers. Increased the threat reduction to give this power an identity that this is what its for. Some PVP counterplay with intel team being able to counter other player's intel teams.
    • Subspace beacon: Unified distance stats to the R3 value because that was the one considered usable/useful. BOFF cooldown was added to make players have a reason to use it even if combat isn't going on. Cooldown reduction at R3 is a 30% reduction.
    • Splash screen may be updated soon to reflect the Embracer buyout.
    • We will get a playable Borg Cube when they figure out a way to make it flyable well.
    • Ionic turbulence: Pretty unviersal feedback on twitter about the power just being too slow to do what it does. People liked the power itself, just not the time it took. 300% increase to movement speed. Also fixed a bug that was causing the cloud to spawn on you instead of your target. Its now considered a proper control effect, so anything that synergies with those work with this.
    • When asked, Jeremy doesn't feel that Ionic turbulence and kinetic magnet having the same damage resistance devalues kinetic magnet since they have different "families" their powers belong too. And differences in scope of their effects(KM having a much bigger footprint)
    • KM was increased to affect mines and torpedoes at 10k instead of 5k distance. Jeremy will look into travel time speeds for this power due to the increased area of effect before these changes go live. Item limit is admittedly a bit arbitrary according to Jeremy, but if it drew in everything it might just be a one hit kill button(relocate mines) but it isn't great design to have it work that way.
    • Transport Warhead: Jeremy felt kind of "dur" when he got the feedback for this power, thinking to himself why didn't he see that there being a firing arc didn't make much sense when your transporting a warhead onto an enemy ship, so he axed it. Removing the firing arc was a bit of work since the power for transport warhead lives on the individual torpedo themselves, so he had to change the fire arc on multiple items, not just the power which activates it.
    • The other main change on this power was a bit of a concession on Jeremy's part. He spent 3 full evenings trying to change how this power worked, and due to item power inheritance, anything else he tried just broke stuff. He originally wanted to remove the fuse timer since it doesn't matter against AI(it only exists to give players a chance to remove it), but he couldn't because its so deeply entrenched into how the power works. Also tried to make a new set of damage buff that would work through every rank of every torpedo, but he didn't have the time to do it. Does note it could be done, he just didn't have the time for it. Looked into lowering the rank requirements for transport warhead, but that gets deep into BOFF training stuff, and needing to get the engineering team to make fix up scripts to fix everyone's existing Transport warhead powers. In light of these failures he reduced to cooldown to increase the DPS by lowering the time between uses.
    • Transport warhead is still counted as a self buff, rather than using an intel power on a target. Will look into if anything can be done for that. Not sure if using things like fire-at-will count as using a power on a target, so there might be a precedent for why it works this way.
    • Can't use both transport warhead and high yield because of the way the power system works/shared cooldowns. Even if you somehow activated them both at the same time transport warhead would override high yield because of the way the game works.(There was a more in depth explanation in the video but it didn't translate well to text)
    • Surgical strikes: Was largely seen as "if i click this button I do less damage", which in many cases was true. Jeremy admitted the Beam Overload changes made years ago pretty much stole Surgical Strike's thunder since that is what SS was meant to do. Damage was increased by 30/40/50% at ranks 1/2/3. Critical chance and accuracy bonuses were normalized to R3 values because the differences were negligible. SS now includes a crit severity bonus which makes it now slightly out perform beam overload in Jeremy's parsing.
    • Jeremy does acknowledge feedback that special firing mode powers from specs like surgical strikes are held back because there aren't traits that boost them. While its not something he can deal with in this series of updates it is something lodged in his brain now. We will probably see that addressed in the "near" future.
    • Jeremy looked into override subsystem safeties, but most of the feedback he got was "this is the only intel power I use" so he didn't feel like breaking something that was seemingly working. He did give it a once over to see if there was anything that could be easily improved, but he feels like its already in a good place.
    • Electromagnetic pulse probe: Flies 50% faster then it used too, and now deals some damage alongside its disable. This power now has a minimum lifespan so that it wouldn't just auto detonate, and will path-find to its intended target. This is also now considered a control power, and works with anything that augments those/builds off those.
    • Jeremy has noticed that some pilot and miracle worker powers do control like effects, but aren't properly flagged to be true control powers like these intel powers now are. them not being true control powers is not how they are intended to work, and Jeremy is disappointed in himself since he made a lot of these in the first place, but he is hoping to find some time to correct them.
    • Kinetic magic was originally concepted as being a "gravity well on X target" power that would draw in ships and possibly cause collision damage as ships hit each other, but grew out of that into what it is now. But the game doesn't really have collision damage/ways to detect that.
    • These do apply to the versions of powers NPCs use, but NPCs simply lack AI to use most of them correctly, and don't have many of the skills/systems players do so they won't exist when NPCs use them. Though some, like the probe changes, will affect Iconian probes.
    • Viral Impulse Burst wasn't changed because it does what it was designed to do, people just don't like that. Addressing the issue was beyond the scope of what he was attempting to accomplish with these changes.
    • Kael/Jeremy don't think we will ever see a playable version of the new Borg ship from PIC S2 EP1 because its larger then ESD. Might take the "shape language" and make a smaller version like they did with the Charon. Want to see how the season turns out before making it an enemy in a TFO.
    • 100% maybe of getting changes to Intel ground abilities/other specs.
    • Secondary deflectors were developed when Jeremy was temporarily not working on STO, so he doesn't understand everything about how they work/how they were intended to work. He has to do some research on what kind of debuffs they were supposed to interact with, but If they do match up he does believe these powers should be made to work with secondary deflectors.
    • Jeremy doesn't believe it should be the expectation in the industry that devs do these kinds of thing on their free time, but also knows that anyone that has the passion/drive to continue to contribute to the project they work on should be allotted that.
    • Jeremy thinks new specializations are one of the most fun things a system designer can make, and revamping older specializations does get him interested in making more.... it just a lot of work and difficult to find the time needed to do it all.

    Surgical strikes: Was largely seen as "if i click this button I do less damage", which in many cases was true. Jeremy admitted the Beam Overload changes made years ago pretty much stole Surgical Strike's thunder since that is what SS was meant to do. Damage was increased by 30/40/50% at ranks 1/2/3. Critical chance and accuracy bonuses were normalized to R3 values because the differences were negligible. SS now includes a crit severity bonus which makes it now slightly out perform beam overload in Jeremy's parsing.
    We may start seeing new DEW builds.

    Jeremy looked into override subsystem safeties, but most of the feedback he got was "this is the only intel power I use" so he didn't feel like breaking something that was seemingly working. He did give it a once over to see if there was anything that could be easily improved, but he feels like its already in a good place.

    What happened yesterday with the console release is that before they unlock a "shard" they do something called a "white glove" where QA goes into it. QA found that there was a crash every time you changed maps, and the fixed required the core team(the team that works on all Cryptic games/engines) to get it fixed.

    • Kael doubts the Janeway Boff will be customizable since those kinds of BOFFs usually aren't.
    • No plans to make a new Foundry.
    • Kael doesn't think they would add a Strange New Worlds starting faction because thats basically the TOS faction. It looks more modern, but timeline wise its so close to it.
    • The mission where we find out who the Terran Emperor is comes out this fall.
    • Unlikely they will do a new faction any time soon. Borg faction maybe, but others are unlikely.
    • No VA from the Picard show on the radar to be added right now.
    • According to Kael Cryptic didn't answer to PWE for awhile before the buyout. They were more like sister companies, with PWE being the publisher.
    • Cryptic hasn't started any work on adding the new Stargazer.
    • Reasoning behind holo Janeway as an event reward: They thought it would be cool and that the players would like it.
    • Kael finds it unlikely we will get another traditional expansion, where everything drops at once. Going to more focus on the "expansions over time" we have gotten with the DSC, Klingon, and Terran, stuff.
    • Kael and Thomas are going to STMC, and there will be a convention giveaway.
    • Next content drop on PC is very soon.
    • If the Borg do join the Federation in Picard STO will likely just introduce a retcon saying the Borg we are fighting are splinter Borg or something.
    • Kael thinks Andre Emmerson has heard so many horror stories about the negative reaction to how the Grand Nagus was first released that hes scared to put it out again, in any way, and possibly cause a similar reaction.
    • Al Rivera had a plan to do something with the Borg sometime after ViL before all the new Trek/DSC came into the picture.
    • Kael doesn't know of any stories that have been changed significantly due to actor unavailability. Cryptic did originally want a different actor for the 10th anniversary mission before pivoting to Seven and Burnham. They did have a bit of a worry that they wouldn't be able to get Kate Mulgrew, but that worked out.
    • Not really any closer to getting new species for existing factions, though there is one thing that is being worked on in that realm.

    • New legendary ship coming soon. Like mid April.
    • We'll definitely get ships form PIC S2. Cryptic is trying to see if they have/can get permission to use the ships from Prodigy.
    • Part of the problem with Prodigy content is that its from a kids show and they are a T rated game so they need someone from CBS/Nick to give the OK on adding those things to STO.
    • Fleet holdings take about as much to make as a new episode, and most of the staff are focused on making new episodes(so don't expect a new fleet holding any time soon).
    • Kael doesn't think that adding a new rep is on the cards right now.
    • We could get more holographic BOFFs as future rearwards from events if the Janeway one does well. What ones we get depends on if they have the rights to use the likeness for that character or not.
    • Kael is still pushing for the DPS map on Tribble to be fixed up and put in the live game.
    • The character artists are working on some fun stuff(likely more visual improvements like we saw some time ago).
    • Cryptic has tried twice now to get Patrick Stewart, and it hasn't been a monitary issue but a scheduling issue since hes so busy.
    • Kael will bug people about getting the Khitomer Alliance uniform back.
    • When asked if they tested the mission before releasing it Kael answers yes they did, the Red Shift bug is something that could only appear on the live server, and so wasn't something they ran across when testing it internally.
    • Trying to tie transporter effects to ship type isn't easier then trying to make them selectable in general.
    • Cryptic is aware of the BOFF training manual issue, but no ETA on a fix.
    • With the arc app being shut down on consoles there were issues regarding some rewards(like the Kobali ship?) that Kael will follow up on.
    • Kael can't see a situation where Cryptic would do anything with NFTs. He can't say it will never happen, but he doesn't see it happening.
    • We will get more info about the next story update at Mission Chicago.
    • The reason why your mirror counterpart doesn't use your gear is because it requires a costume change, which requires the B-critter tech, which doesn't support that. So they had to give you specific powers like in past missions(Quark's Lucky Seven, Renegades Regret, and the J'ula mission)
    • Brook Chalmers, the voice of Admiral Quinn(among others), is the voice director on Prodigy. Lani Minella, the voice of Admiral T'nae(among many others), runs a voice acting agency Cryptic frequently uses.
    • Lower Deck DOFF art switch happened because the LD staff were more protective of their show then Cryptic originally considered, and preferred their art style, for their characters, over STO's rendition of them.
    • Kael thinks Mike McMahan himself is looking at the Lower Decks stuff being added to STO and giving the approval or not.
    • Cryptic has talked about making infinity/lobi ships unlocked for an account that's already purchased them but it just didn't work out math wise.
    • T6 reps were done because they believed it would be easier then making a new rep. It wasn't, so don't expect T7 reps.

    • Everything Cryptic shows during the panel for Star Trek Mission Chicago will be shown in a press release right after the panel, and they will be live tweeting + possibly unofficial stream.
    • The original design intent for the T5 rep rewards was a "congratulations for completing the rep, now go buy yourself something nice from that rep."
    • Changed T5 rep rewards to reputation dilthium because a small handful of players were exploiting it to earn a lot of dil in a short amount of time. It wasn't having a huge impact on the game economy, but Cryptic didn't want it to get more out of hand, and the change allows the original intent for the reward to remain intact.
    • Jeremy believes that, in the long run, meaningful changes to the DilEx would have to come from both sources and sinks. Jeremy knows we need more sinks, and better sinks, and thats what Cryptic wants to focus on. Kael mentions there are sinks in the works, and Jeremy adds changes might as come as soon as in the next month.
    • This change only affects the T5 rep rewards. All other rewards are being kept the same. Jeremy points out that originally they gave you dil ore you had to refine, the vouchers don't require refining, allowing you to use them quicker.
    • Jeremy would have to look into any possible economic impact, but isn't opposed to letting you trade in these rep vouchers for fleet vouchers. Is also open to the idea of letting you spend these vouchers on things in the rep stores.
    • Problem with the rep store idea is that Jeremy doesn't know of a way to allow us to do that cleanly. The messy way would be having to duplicate every item in every rep store, and change them to essentially use a different currency.
    • Kael, and the QA team, look at the forums every day for bug reports. Its always better to post general bugs on the forums then support. Support is more for issues with your account specifically then game bugs.
    • Dilthium economy on consoles is a different beast due to a different exchange rate. They haven't put the vanity shields on console because they would have to recalculate the prices to reflect the different exchange rate so its fair between PC and console.
    • New Infinity Lockbox Ship: Merian Class Command Science Dreadnought
    • Hull mod of 1.45, shield modifier of 1.1, inertia of 65, base turn rate of 7.
    • Thomas is working on final touches for the Merian class to reflect changes to the ship made in DSC S4 compared to the S3 model they originally built it around.
    • Class name comes from Eaglemoss, who works with CBS to determine class names when class names aren't given in the shows.
    • Ship is designed to be a support role in combat based on being a support ship in the show. Is a command ship since command is all about team/ally support. And a science ship because of their more support nature. Is a science dread because that ship type has a hanger bay, dread made more sense then multi-mission(the other science ship type with a hanger bey) due to its size. Jeremy doesn't like dread terminology for this ship because it sounds more offensive based.
    • Ship console: Reactive Radiometric Shielding. +25% radiation damage, +25 radiation damage resistance, +15% hull regen.
    • Console power: Reflect Resisted DMG as heal+DMG(AOE). For 20 sec: immunity to radiation damage, +200 energy damage resistance rating. Once per 0.5 sec when receiving energy damage: restore hull to self and allies equal to the amount of energy damage resisted. Deal radiation damage to foes equal to twice the amount of energy damage resisted. 5km radius, max 5 foes + 5 allies each pulse. 120 sec recharge(5 sec recharge shown on stream is a bug.)
    • Ship trait: Scientific Bulwark. When activating a BOFF ability that increases damage resistance rating +35 to control expertise, drain expertise, and exotic particle generators skill for 15 seconds(Stacks 5 times)
    • Has 32c Federation shuttles modelled from DSC S4.
    • Shuttles use structural integrity manipulator. Switches between offensive and defensive mode where they drain hull from enemies, and use that to heal hull on allies.
    • No current plans for further Intel revamps. Christian and others are funnelling any big issues to Jeremy, but any changes will be fixes, and not more functionality changes.
    • Aren't going to remove cool-down on ISE so people can test DPS more. Won't make a version without rewards because they would rather have an official test map. The problem with the Tribble test map is that it has performance issues that would impact the live game, and STO has no ability to turn off rewards on a per map basis to prevent people from farming it.
    • Passive stats for Agony Redistributor is fixed internally
    • Using reshade on STO is fine according to Kael, Jeremy, and Ian.
    • No idea when the Protostar will come to STO due to licensing with Nickelodeon, STO being rated T, and Nick possibly not wanting it in STO due to its rating. Haven't gotten an answer back on it.
    • Jeremy thinks vanity weapons would be awesome, but isn't sure if they could do it in a way people would expect. Weapon visuals are built into the "power" used by the item, and not the item itself, so you can't just overlay it like a shield. Making alternate versions of weapons with different visuals is possible, but would be a lot of work.
    • 32c shuttle isn't going to be made playable any time soon.
    • Elite TFOs were originally not included in randoms due to difficulty, but since the game has gotten easier since RTFOs came out Jeremy thinks it might not be as much of an issue today(but there's nothing in the works to add them right now).


    Interesting to note in the 23rd list:

    Since it was always assumed he was simply too expensive, the fact they're now saying it's not about the money suggests that either he's open to taking a lower rate than you'd normally expect for him or Cryptic have simply decided the kudos, star power, advertising influence etc. of getting him to appear is worth the money.

    I reckon seeing as he's now in an actively filming Trek show that CBS controls it's much easier to get him to do side projects. It may even be in a contract that he does stuff like this alongside the actual show appearances.
    Guess we'll need to wait and see.

    • At 12pm Chicago time Cryptic will be announcing the next STO story mission at Mission Chicago, and a new ship or two
    • Character artist Emilia is the one who decided on what forehead tattoos to make for the android pets
    • New ship Legendary Jem'Hadar Attack ship
    • Model is the Jem'Hadar gunboat pets made for the carrier for ViL. Were made with the idea it would become playable at some point
    • Inspired by a piece of Jem'Hadar gun art made by Hector. Ship in the gun handle mirrored
    • Added to the Jem'Hadar attack ship skeleton, so the other attack ship parts work with this one
    • Pilot ship, has wingman mechanic
    • Since they can't merge the normal Jem'Hadar T6 ship mastery faction unlock, and the normal legendary T6 mastery unlock, they are getting rid of the faction requirement for this ship so any faction can fly it from the start. Plan is to do the same for older Vanguard ships at some point in the future.
    • Is part of a Captain bundle like other legendary ships. Will boost a level 60 Jem'Hadar to level 65. Costs less then normal Captain bundles due to getting less level ups. Has a reputation buyout for Competitive and Gamma when you use the boost. Has a special Weyoun BOFF, with a special trait that is essentially a copy of the superior engineered solider, but will also refresh Ket White bonuses on ground. Weyoun's outfit will not be editable. Also includes the Jem'Hadar polearm as a weapon. Weyoun and polearm are for the character with the boost, and aren't reclaimable.
    • Legendary ship comes with poloron quad cannons. Same as the phaser quad cannons on the Defiant except poloron proc.
    • Console is Dominion Defense Screen from other Jem'Hadar ships
    • New Experimental Weapon: Tachyon Agitator
    • Weapon stats: Shield Drain, chance of electric Dmg, and subsys drain. 360 targeting arc. -2,851.5 all shields over 5 seconds.     • In response to a chat question, Jem'Hadar ships have windows in STO, despite Jem'Hadar having no reason or care to look out into space, because they had windows in canon. Jeremy's headcanon reason is that the windows are for other races in the Dominion who wanted rooms with windows.
