I both liked and disliked tonight's episode seeing my city on it and some links to local things like the Williamson's Tunnels
a local landmark that little is known as to why the man who dug them did so, the local rumor was to give locals work to do at a time when little work was about but who knows. It was great to see even that dodgy red football ground was on it (i am a blue). It had some fantastic visuals and Dan was a pretty likable character addition and the final cliff hangar was decent though the things I did not like was they filled too much into one episode I felt it felt like it was all over the place trying to give us to much all at once.

This weeks episode was more grounded than the first and did not seem to be all over the show, I am loving the new villains maybe Chibnals last season could be his best Swarm and Azure seem to be amazing I like both of them they are certainly a mystery but they are certainly time lords in one way or another will be interesting to see what backstory they give the doctor from this in terms of the new origin story, I would be surprised if we don't see something more of the fugitive doctor played by Jo Martin the weapons on the end trailer that Yaz Dan and Vindar have hold off in next weeks episodes was the same gun that she had in the Fugitive of the Judoon. So this is something that will most certainly link back to before her Doctor so something that needs that link

This weekend's ep was all over the place again I both liked and disliked it the Vindar origin story seemed to me to be filler maybe it will go somewhere but at the mo, I can not see how it will. I loved the fugitive doctor showed up as I thought even if it was a brief encounter suspect we will see her again maybe in the final episode as so far the Ravagers seem to be still one step ahead of the Doctor if I had to rank the eps so far It would be 5/10 for the 1st 10/10 for the 2nd and 6/10 for the last one that cliffhanger though in this one with the Weeping Angel was very good and hopefully sets up a good episode next weekend.

I have a feeling that this whole Flux season is meant to fill in The Doctor's gaps in memory, from her days with Division, and perhaps to her very origin. There is a pregnant couple running around now! This would cement The Timeless Child storyline, before the changing of the guard, with show runners and production companies, should my suspicions prove correct. I'm not a fan of the current show runner, and I believe that he's ruined the mythology of The Doctor for many fans, myself included, with The Timeless Child storyline. I'm kind of hate-watching this now, hoping that something happens to undo The Timeless Child, but I'm not optimistic about it.

Anyway, this season does seem a bit hurried so far, but I think that improves the show on the whole, by limiting the story to an actual story, without the unnecessary calories of the filler episodes in normal seasons. Though a bit rushed, it's a tighter, leaner story, which I appreciate, especially compared to the last few seasons!

I did not even think of the pregnancy part and the timeless child. I was not a fan but understood it as to continue the show they had to do something to explain why the Doctor progressed past the maximum regenerations allowed and what they have done fits but the writing on most of it has been poor we just gotta hope he leaves a semi fixable foundation for RTD to make it better again in 2023 when he returns. i would like an Eccleston type doctor again but in a darker place especially after the recent revelations.

I loved this ep, I was only saying the other day that I hope they do not give the Angels an origin story and it looks like they have and I actually loved it. This ep was really well done and I loved the little twists in it, Airing on the 21/11/21 set in 21/11/67 and sent further back to 1901 Kevin McNally I would say is perfectly cast in his role.

Bel and Vindar I think Morris was on the right track and that they are maybe going to be the Doctors parents the way they are going.

The waiting weekly thing is now annoying me 2 mores episodes to go.

What can I say I have had mixed feelings for this seasons episodes I liked it on the whole but it also felt manic and the ending did not live up to what was being portrayed and never cleared up or answered any questions that were brought up in the series
