I can't wait!
After "Book of Boba Fett", which wasn't the best Star Wars show in my opinion, it's time for a blockbuster. I think "Obi Wan" has got a lot of potential in order to make the Star Wars franchise great again!

This week one was good was a little disappointed that Obi-Wan never put up more of a fight when facing off Vader. I get the fear and guilt factor but if he knew he had Leia to protect and get away i feel that this would have been a major factor in motavation.

I think Obi-wan basically hasn't used the Force in 10 years save for his heroic act in the 2nd Chapter.

In contrast all Vader has been doing is building his power. That citadel on Mustafar acts as a medium for which he can draw from his anger and harness it. Sure he knew what was at stake, but he has not been practicing his use of the Force at all.

Basically Obi-wan is just trying to be what he once was. I think once Qui-gon speaks to him he will regain his inner strength. But it will be probably at the very end of the series.

It’s important to remember that some of these channels are little more than rage-baiting nonsense designed to make money for the channel owner. They get more money from more clicks so they are intentionally creating videos to stir up rage and anger and division to earn them more money.

No project I’d ever perfect but there’s nearly always someone like these channels now anything new gets released and it’s pretty sad tbh.
It’s nearly always trying to draw in rage from the racist/sexist/homophobic/bigoted sections of society to drum up ever more discourse.

You see this with Star Wars, Star Trek, Wheel of Time, Witcher, Game of Thrones, Halo, Lord of the Rings.
Best to just avoid these sort of channels and enjoy what you want without people trying to tell you why it’s ruining previous iterations, “woke”, too-diverse, not matching their incredibly arbitrary ideals of how a story should play out or whatever.
