Everytime I have attempted to communicate with the chain of command or raise an issue, I have never received a reply or acknowledgement to my messages.

Realizing that many of the officers (and much of the player base) are playing from Europe, as an American, it's rare that I see an officer online during my play time in STO. It might be worth considering adding 1+ North American officers.

Jestersmith: We have open positions at the moment you are more than welcome to join the team and change this that said though we have a strong states side staff level at the moment with 4 staff members in that timezone that can be found here STO Staff
Novalance: Pretty much what Jester said, we can't just magic someone from North America (or any other timezone) out of our backsides, someone has to actually apply for the positions first.
Bridger: Easier said that done.

STO events need to be better advertised in-game; not just a single message before the start. People log in at all times and don’t know events are going on.

Jestersmith: The events are the same every week with the events listed all week on the forums for people to see the nature of the game does not allow for us to advertise to much in game other than the chat shout out that happens before the start of the event.
Novalance: Events are always on the forum, I suggest people really start using our website as a resource like it's been intended.
Bridger: They are on the forum, the game is terrible for this.
