OFFICIAL SERVICE RECORD

Ms. Urquhart was involved in a rather embarrassing incident that almost burned down a campus structure. She was found in the structure in question, being romantically involved with a civilian(ident excluded at request of Adm. Broughm). When ordered to leave, she ran out, tripping on a cable(They were found in a service walkway), causing the cable to be disconnected from a power supply and creating an arc that started the fire. The fire was quickly extinguished & the cadet only received a minor reprimand.
