    Good morning all. I'm returning to STO after about a year and I must say I'm a little lost. My main is the in game rank of Commander and I'm not entirely sure what to do with her. Currently she is sitting at ESD because I'm not sure where to go to pick up some new quests or anything. Do y'all have any suggestions or should I just make a new character and start with a clean slate?

    when you type "j" you will get the option to choose from a list of missions they have to offer. You can also participate in PVE / PVP, maybe admiral Quinn at ESD has some storyline missions for you too.
    Maybe you can try and start with this?
