    So the new Winter Wonderland space set is decent, I specially liked the Breen Cryonic Module which is a rather good console. I'm also using the new Breen Omni Cryonic Beam because of the 2 piece set which offers 10% bonus to beam and torpedo damage.

    Some pros and cons with the Breen Omni:

    + Does not restrict you from equipping one other set omni
    + Is buffed by beam firing modes
    + Is boosted by energy weapon training and beam weapon damage
    + Is not debuffed by Temporal's Support Configuration

    - Appears to have a lower base damage than other set omnis
    - Is not boosted by energy weapon damage or directed energy weapon damage
    - Sources of cold damage are rare


    As for numbers, well, you asked for it. Here's a 15 min parse I did fighting Jem'Hadar in Boldly They Rode Elite (with my Universe EPG Tank).
    Filtered out 95% of my damage sources that were EPG, torps, pets, and other miscellaneous stuff that weren't energy weapons.

    Overall, it seems that the Breen Omni is seriously lacking on damage since even the lower base damage Support Omni outperformed it. Had about 100% energy weapon damage buffs that wasn't boosting the Breen Omni, but I did have Temporal's Support Configuration on that nerfed my other energy weapons except the Breen Omni and the KCB.

    I've heard reports that the "limit 1" rule on the Breen omni is broken even though it is in the item description, so I'd be cautious about it for now. Likely something will change here, and it is possible the fix will start enforcing the "1 set, 1 non-set" omni rule too.

    That said, I'm curious if the numbers were just with the omni equipped or with the rest of the set, since the set bonuses seem intended to boost the damage output of the set items.

    My numbers were without any of the other Breen set pieces. The torpedo and console both seemed trash on paper that I did not bother testing them. Torpedo because of 12 second recharge, and console because of 5 second lockout.
