Thought the same thing, while zen store bundle sales are frequent, the Mudd one's tend to be a little less so in comparison although they do happen quite frequently as well, the last sale ended last Monday and yet they're already doing it again, which is...interesting to say the least.

I would have thought, at least with the Mudd Bundle they wouldn't do one again until next month around the Anniversary Event, if not March which is when they usually do the new Mudd Bundle.

They said they are working on a new Mudd's Bundle in the last Ten Forward Stream.

Probably a precursor sale to the 13th Anniversary Ship bundle. I believe they did something similar last year.

Very likely this. They have done the same thing a few times before by giving us a generic sale on current store items just before a huge/significant release.
Reduce amount of Zen within the player base > announce new bundle (eg Legendary) > start a bonus Zen sale to coincide with the new content.

Yep, between the bonus Zen sale and the new bundles, be it Anniversary or Mudd's Market being introduced at 50% off to encourge people to buy it, it makes sense.

It will be interesting to see what the Anniversary and Mudd's Market Bundles are to kick off the year.

I just hope we don't get repeats. Between say having the Jem'Hadar Attack and Strike ships in Mudd's Market and the better Legendary version with the Jem'Hadar Captain boost and the Crossfield in the bundle, the Legendary in the Anniversary and the Refit (Which I wouldn't be surprised makes it into a bundle at some point.) It would be nice to have something different.

However given the fact they've been talking about upgrading the old T5's to T6s it's probably a safe bet that if not the Anniversary but at least the Mudd's Market will include at least one of them if they're done.

The previous leaks suggest that the anniversary pack will be another mirror bundle as there was talk of a mirror Prometheus & Aquarius, alongside a Legendary Akira or possibly Norway as the next bundle. The Akira would seem more likely given how long its been out for.

There's also known to be a T6 version of the Patrol Escort in the pipeline, so the first half of the year at least would seem to be leaning heavily towards escort style ships in general.

And they did say that the Anniversary release was going to close out the Terran Empire storyline so it would make sense that the anniversary would be another mirror bundle.

So by the looks of that the Feb bundle is the Anniversary bundle and the early 2023 bundle could be the Mudd bundle. Escort themed maybe...hmm what lockbox/event ships would fit into that category they would put in a Mudd Bundle I wonder...

The Patrol Escort is a Zen Store ship so it would not be in a Mudd's Bundle.
