Starfleet Academy - SFA Executive Officer
CL5 - Tier 4 (Captain)

The position of Executive Officer (XO), is the second in command of Starfleet Academy. Starfleet Academy (SFA) is the first department that gets in touch with all new members as well as serving the community with continuous recruitment efforts. Additionally, the Academy is envisioned to enhance the experience of all UFP members by member engagement, education and ensuring the growth of the community. If you enjoy engaging and interacting with the community members, this is a highly rewarding position and represents a big chance to make a difference.

JOB DUTIES

• Working with the Academy Commanding Officer (CO) in the day-to-day management of the Academy.
• Oversight, development and training of the Academy staff.
• Working on projects and brainstorming of ideas to further develop the member experience.
• Direct supervision of Recruit Support Operations.
• The successful candidate of this role would report to Sunfire

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Exams: Orientation Assessment, Officer Qualification Exam & Command Exam
• During the interview process you must be able to present constructive ideas to improve the Academy if selected.
• Is it a CL5 position? Yes
  PLEASE NOTE: If it is a CL5 position, the successful candidate will have to sign the Command Position Agreement before entering the role.
