Thank you all for the warm welcome!
I do have one initial question about UFP, and that is "how much roleplaying do you like to do?" Roleplaying is the focus of the ACI and is really the purpose of our fleet.
Personally, for example, I rarely run any missions in STO without gathering people to come with me to run the mission in-character. That's one example of the "informal" RP I mentioned earlier.
Would your fleet or any of your members be interested in that sort of thing, or in our "official" RP episodes? Do you currently RP often?

While the {UFP} is not strictly a RP fleet, we do have a division that is dedicated to RP.
The Harriers is where members gather twice a week to play out a continuing storyline in character. On Wednesdays, we have Star Trek: Galaxy and on Sundays, Star Trek: Endeavour.
In STO, I haven't really seen any people RP'ing while running missions together but it brings up an interesting questions of who would be interested in something like that?
Personally speaking, I could go for more RP's in a week and bringing another fleet in on it would strengthen bonds and increase our visibility to other dedicated RP fleets such as yours.
People are always welcome to join us when we run our regular RP's during the week if they want to see how we run and whether it feels like a good fit for them.

Just to expand on what Tallaris has rightly said already, the RPs we run are based on a mod called RPG-X, which modifies the game Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force.
While STO RPing would always be a welcome addition to the {UFP} there hasn't been all that much call for it so far. RPG-X provides a really great interactive platform on which to RP, and it's still undergoing development.
